Mileena and her followers plan to destroy Kotal Kahn so that Mileena can take Outworld and reclaim what she believes to be her rightful throne, however, there are those who would stand in the way of her achieving this goal. Mileena must fight off her opposition and crush her enemies in order to become the real queen of Outworld.
