Snarling beasts stalk the frozen plains, a grizzly band of huntsman fight for survival, and a princess who lives in the ice palace rules over her loyal subjects. But this is no fairytale kingdom and everyone in Isenfel knows the price for survival, while Kara uncovers the terrible secrets of the princess in the palace, Pip flees for her life across the tundra. And as for the Doctor, he only ever wants to change things for the better. But in a world such as Isenfel, such hope may not be possible.
