TROUBLE WITH THE VIXEN
SYNOPSIS: The Vixen is back, for revenge! The Doctor and Pip fall into her trap when the TARDIS gets caught in a time loop.
NOTES: It was always the plan when writing "The Vixen Elite" to bring the Vixen back and that she would make an appearance in series three. What Jamie and I didn't count on was when she would appear, we decided to place the vixen story quite early on in the series as a way to build on the relationship between the Doctor and Pip. Her plan would be bigger and badder than the last time.
The Rani is more scientific and wants to get on with her research but it's the way she goes about it that makes her a threat to the universe, with the Vixen it's slightly different as what makes her dangerous is her curiosity to destroy and how she learns from it and how she believes blowing up planets and killing people will do good, she sort of has good intentions but at the same time is also very evil which makes her a nasty piece of work.
She interrupts the Doctor and Pip's holiday to trap them so that she can get the Doctor out the way so she can carry on with her plan, will the Doctor be able to break free of her time loop and find out what's she's up to and stop her, well... you'll have to listen in and find out.
