After millennia of fending off Earthrealm's enemies, Raiden began to wonder if defence was the best path to peace. In a change of tactics, Raiden and the Shirai Ryu attacked Kotal Kahn's army before it could rebuild. They decimated the emperor's forces, leaving Outworld at their mercy. The victorious Raiden claimed dominion over Outworld. The first of many threats to Earthrealm had been removed.

You must fight off realm leaders and gain control of all the realms before Shinnok invades.
REVENGE
Defeat Kotal Kahn and return to the sky temple.
THE POWER OF A GOD
Complete the test your luck challenge and proceed to destroying Shinnok.
THE DAY OF RECKONING
The fate of Earthrealm rests with you, it is up to you to stop Shinnok and destroy the last opposing threat to our world.
