ACTION FIGURE ADVENTURES
THIS APRIL
After a year's hiatus, I am pleased to announce the return of Doctor Who action figure adventures.
It's been a long time coming, and a project I've been meaning to return to for some considerable amount of time. However, the right opportunity did not present itself to me to do that last year.
This year, I hope to do more stories over an eight month block, I plan to structure my schedule so that you get a new story every month, or possibly more depending on the month we're in.
The first five stories are lined up to happen the weekend of the 28th/29th April and will commence monthly, so the idea is you'll get a new story released or maybe two every new month.
I'm pleased to announce, the first five Doctor Who action figure adventures of the year are:
- The Vortex of Terror with Colin Baker
- Spectre with Peter Davison
- The Creatures from the Deep with Jon Pertwee
- Purity of the Daleks with Tom Baker
- The Fifth Dimension with Sylvester McCoy
Out in April
The TARDIS gets caught in a time warp, a powerful time corridor that brings the Doctor and Kerry to the troubled planet of Kalferis. The planet lives in fear of its masters, the keepers who confide in the tower of Eden and punish subjects by throwing them into the vortex of terror. But what has happened to the time line? what power lies with the tower of Eden? The Doctor arrives, just in time to find out...
Out in May
When a team of archeologists and scientists go exploring for fossil fuels, they find more than they bargain for when they enter ice caves in Northern Canada.
When the TARDIS lands, a man has been killed and the Doctor and Milo are first on the scene, under suspicion of murder and sabotage, the Doctor and Milo must work with the Farros team to prove their innocence and clear their names, but in the heart of the cave there is a trap set to trespassers, at the heart of a more sinister plan by one of the doctor's coldest enemies.
Out in June
After returning from 1940, The Doctor, Tom and, Doctor Sally Battersby have no time to relax as UNIT has been set an assignment to investigate a number of strange happenings at BOWIE base 14 just of the southern coast.
When a scientist at the base is found dead, the doctor believes that the base is being targeted by an opposition yet unknown to them and that they should conduct their investigation carefully.
They soon realise, however, that a tribe of sea devils live beneath the seas and are coming up to destroy the base, free their silurian cousins from their captive slumbers and reclaim the earth as theirs once more.
Out in July
The Doctor has always known the power of the Daleks, but has he ever wondered how they had first been created? how the genesis of the Daleks had started? these questions would soon be answered to him when he is sent on a mission by the time lords to destroy or evert the creation of the daleks.
It won't be easy, some say a suicide mission, but all but one thing matters, returning to the TARDIS.
Out in August
The Doctor trapped Sutekh in a time corridor never to return, but there are many ways in which Sutekh could escape, there are other universes and dimensions which exist in the world that we call our X reality.
With four dimensions consisting of an X reality, where is the fifth? is there a way in which Sutekh could return? and if so, would the doctor be clever enough to stop him again? The lords of fate can't protect everyone.
