COMING SOON : DOCTOR WHO - THE AUDIO ADVENTURES SERIES 2
I'll start off by saying Happy New Year to all! The new year starts off with Series Two of Doctor Who Audio Adventures begins on Friday 15th of January.
Thirteen episodes over a course of fourteen weeks, same format as last years episodes.
Only this time its a lot different. There is are two new companions in the mix, one in the form of Phillipa aka 'Pip' and Rodney the Robot who was introduced in 'a British day out'.
Kara Connor will be coming back later in the series as well. So there's interesting diversities in characters coming in as the companions.
I've released an up to date episode guide, so you all should know by now a little synopsis about the stories that are coming out this year. I think I've got a good diversity in the verity of ideas in the stories coming out this year. There's a bit of everything from periods of the past to futuristic settings. There's drama, comedy and science fiction. In one story The Doctor and Pip go on a heist to steal a green jewel and in another The Doctor faces a 3 dimensional world of terror in an attempt to try and save Kara from a terrible fate.
With Doctor Who being a big show with a massive fan base, its a show which is so much bigger than one person. All I can hope for is that you enjoy my take on it. I suppose you could say that these Audio Adventures are an example of what the show would be like if I was show runner. It's open to suggestion.
The series starts on the 15th of January 2015.
