Not long after Kotal Kahn's reveal trailer was released online, I'm scrolling through my feed on Instagram and I discover to my astonishment that a new MK11 reveal trailer has been released and it's Noob Saibot.
Noob Saibot is from MK9 and is Sub Zero's brother Bi Han I think.
He looks like something out of Assassin's Creed when I first saw him, dressed in black, very mysterious, and has a hook blade.
From the look of things, he had epic teleportation, a good transition between moves, he's fast, and has an advantage of a shadow double.
As well as that, he has certain moves and abilities which are similar to Sub Zero. It will most definitely be interesting to see if he is in the story, what role he will have to play and will he have any interaction with Sub Zero and to his character's place within the storyline.
I hear that Noob Saibot is a popular character amongst fans, and it seems that Netherrealm studios are really paying attention to fan feedback by adding in all these different MK characters back to the roster for MK11. It's filling up quite nicely.
Also, new fighting arena. Looks like a cyber Lin Kuei factory, where Triborg became the Takoonan.
Maybe this trailer drops a hint of the possibility of Triborg being included.
The Fatality at the end has to be one of the grimmest finishes to an MK trailer that I've ever seen.
There's not much I'm squeamish about, but that Fatality, I looked at that and thought that was grim.
The trailer shows off a lot of interesting and diverse range of moves, and Noob Saibot is looking to be a character that a lot of players will play.
So on Wednesday evening this week, I noticed that a new Mortal Kombat Reveal trailer had been released and that it was for Kotal Kahn. Now having seen the story reveal trailer, I knew that Kotal Kahn was going to be included in the game and most likely to be later revealed as a playable character, but didn't expect a reveal trailer to be released this soon.
I wanted to try and do one of those reaction videos that gamers or you tubers do, but I still haven't yet managed how to do that. I watched the trailer on Wednesday and I'll be honest, I didn't like it. I usually love MK trailers, they've been something which I've been hyped over and get me excited for what's to come in the lead up to when the game is released in April.
I don't like this trailer for the following reasons.
1. It's misleading.
2. In my view, it makes out Kotal Kahn to be a weak character.
3. We didn't see enough action from Kotal Kahn.
But all those things become apparent when you watch the trailer.
Anyway, watch it and see for yourself.
Now, it is a good trailer in some respect, however, what kind of character gets his ass whopped in his own trailer? It just makes him out to be a weak character which not many people will want to play.
I like Kotal Kahn, he's in my top five favourite characters in the MK franchise, and it's sad for me to watch this trailer and have him not exceed and show off the best of his skills and fighting techniques so I can be really excited for him.
It defeats the purpose of what a reveal trailer is meant to do. It's meant to show off that character's fighting skills and techniques. It should have been Jacqui's trailer, or Jacqui Briggs and Kotal Kahn reveal, but with Jacqui's name on the trailer instead of Kotal's.
I love the Jaguar though, that's awesome, and it looks like Kotal has some new moves and from what I've seen he looks great. The overall look and design of him is fantastic. I love the Aztec warrior look that he has.
He has certain things which he had in MKX which are his Osh Tek blade, razor blades, and sun powers as well as newer abilities.
These other videos show Kotal off in a better light.
Originally broadcast between August 1980 and March 1981, Tom Baker’s final season as the Fourth Doctor was released on Blu-ray this week.
From watching the new box set this week, I thought it would be quite fun to present some fun facts about Season 18 that you may not have known already, especially if you're a Doctor Who fan. On the other hand, you might read these and think this doesn't come to any surprise to me at all.
Have a look through and see for yourself.
1. There’s a lot of real science in The Leisure Hive, but Tom had no idea what was going on.
2. The Opening scene in The Leisure Hive wasn't actually filmed in Brighton. It was in Hastings.
3. The Producer John Nathan Turner (JNT) and Tom didn't get on very well. They would often clash on certain things. Tom deplored a lot of things about the season and some of JNT's decisions.
4. There was tension as Tom and Lalla Ward wouldn't always see eye to eye. Having to deal with one difficult actor is bad enough, but two, kind of throws the cat amongst the pigeons. It made time on the set awkward to film and they would be some occasions where Tom would refuse to make eye contact with Lalla.
5. Tom's old age make up was ahead of its time.
6. Sarah Sutton who played Nyssa and Janet Feilding who played Tegan didn't like Tom very much and Sarah Sutton said that she probably wouldn't have continued in the programme for very long if Tom had stayed.
7. Towards the end of the season, the curls in Tom's hair are starting to go, his hair is starting to grey, he's looking older, and looking more miserable because of all the changes.
8. When Logopolis had finished filming and the director had called "wrap" Tom went straight home after the recording and didn't socialise with anyone, he just left.

So, last week saw the reveal of Cassie Cage and Kano, in a reveal trailer showcasing some of Cassie Cage's fighting skills, techniques, her fatal blow, and a fatality.
We have another kick-ass girl joining the MK11 roster, hopefully, we'll see more female characters join the roster, but it's looking to be a good line up of girls at the moment in my opinion. Jade, still being my favourite.
But in the new trailer, it basically shows off and focuses on Cassie's moves, however, what the trailer also does which the other reveal trailers haven't is show off the moves of another character, which is Kano.
I have to say the design for Kano is great, I like the sideburns, not so keen on the mustache but all in all, he looks good and I like the design of him. Some of his moves are shown in this trailer, there are other videos trolling the net, so if you want to see more of Kano, you can look it up on YouTube.
I think Cassie as a character is much more improved from her MKX, I like her better with long hair, she still has the sassiness about her which shows off in her personality. She has a drone now, which she didn't have before, and a couple of new moves.
But that's enough talk, watch the trailer here, and enjoy!
It's St Patrick's Day! and there's a special Injustice 2 multiverse to celebrate.
I found it very fun and very interesting last year, I don't find it near as difficult as the Valentines or Halloween multiverses which are more challenging.
And I've also participated in both boss fights against Swamp Thing and Green Lantern, which I thought were going to be hard, especially knowing there were going to be modifiers, but in actual fact, the modifiers helped a bit and made both boss fights easier for me to complete.
There are loads of interesting and cool rewards to earn in this multiverse such as gold mother boxes, credit coins and much more.
So, as a short review based on my experience in playing this multiverse, I'd say give it a go.
Just watch out for the leprechauns.

The King of comedy is here ladies and gentlemen, Johnny Cage has been confirmed for Mortal Kombat 11. More importantly is every aspect of Johnny's appearance in MK11 from his incredible fatality to his action figure to his Fatal Blow is 100-percent ridiculous and hilariously on point. Netherrealm Studios have done an amazing job at creating the character and encorperating him into the game.
Johnny also has some very Hollywood moves as part of his Mortal Kombat 11 appearance. He can throw his sunglasses as a projectile. He can blind enemies with a camera flash. As well as being able to reate a protective box by miming its four invisible walls.
When he does his Fatal Blow attack, he bludgeons and stabs his opponent with his off-brand Oscar for Best Actor.
But don't take my word for it. Check out this awesome reveal trailer.
